Genevieve Gearhart is an Immersive experience creator, director, actor, and choreographer. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, grew up in the New York area, and currently resides in Los Angeles. Genevieve was a latecomer to the theatrical world, as most of her time between the ages of 7 and 18 was spent training as a competitive figure skater.
Genevieve’s work has been seen at the Getty Villa, The Broad Stage, REDCAT, the Ohio Theater, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Williamstown Theater Festival and several found spaces in Los Angeles and New York. She serves as Co-Artistic Director for The Speakeasy Society, an immersive entertainment company creating intimate and epic experiences in unexpected places.
Genevieve received her MFA in Acting from CalArts, and her BA in Dance and Theater from Manhattanville College.
